FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

  • Immaculate is passionate about fostering a sense of hope in other single mums, while creating opportunities for them to economically empower themselves.

    For 36 years, she worked for the United Nations- a global diplomatic and political organization dedicated to international peace and stability. Throughout her career, she worked in countries that were recovering from political instability and war. Among these were Somalia, Liberia, Sudan and South Sudan. In addition, she worked in Nairobi, which is one of the UN Headquarters. Here, she was responsible for the overall coordination, formulation, allocation, and management of the organizations’ budgets upward of USD$ 750 million.

    She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Sociology from University of Nairobi/Kenya, and an MBA from University of Leeds in the United Kingdom. In addition, she has certificates in Effective Negotiations in Project, Conflict resolution in the workplace, Integrity Awareness, and Leadership.

  • Anna is an experienced Defined Benefits Senior Pension Analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the pension administration financial & hospitality industries.

    Skilled in Catering, Microsoft Word, Sales, Cooking, and Food Preparation.

    She has a Business Administration Degree focused in Hospitality Operations Management from George Brown College, Toronto/Canada Description text goes here

MARY MWANGI

PROJECT ASSOCIATE, KENYA

  • Mary is a Learning Facilitator and Management Professional with experience in Teaching, Administration and Operational leadership in Educational, Agricultural and Humanitarian sectors.

    She is passionate about

    • interacting and working with teams made up of people from different cultures, social classes and lifestyles.

    • Improving livelihoods and enhancing an individuals capacity so they can meet their basic needs

    • Nurturing social and economic conditions for sustainable development

    She has a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from University of Eldoret/Kenya, A Certificate in Leadership and Strategic Management and A Certificate in Peer Education
