SENIOR PROJECT
We partner with organizations across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond to deliver programs and services that enhance the well-being and quality of life of senior citizens.

In 2018, Statistics Canada conducted a General Social Survey on caregiving and care receiving to better understand the experiences of caregivers aged 65 and older.
Among those surveyed, one of the most pressing needs identified was support to prevent caregiver burnout—often caused by the demands of providing daily care while also managing household responsibilities and personal commitments.
Our Digital Literacy Program is designed to equip senior caregivers with the skills to use and integrate digital tools into their everyday lives, helping them more effectively manage their caregiving duties, personal needs, and household responsibilities.

PROGRAM DETAILS
The goal of this program is to empower caregivers by showing how technology can reduce stress and improve efficiency in managing both personal responsibilities and caregiving roles.
By the end of the workshops, participants will gain practical digital skills to navigate caregiving tasks with greater ease, helping to reduce stress and support a healthier balance between caregiving and everyday life.
